The Rockabillys have a rough night on the road as they are bested in both games of the doubleheader against the Cape Catfish with scores of 7-6 and 9-3.
Game 1 looked as if it would fall the way of the Goats as they boasted a 6-3 lead into the final inning, but unfortunately a late offensive clinic for the Fish accelerated them above Jackson to win game 1. Despite the loss both Logan Luckett and Zach Robinson slashed for 2 hits a piece to help put forth the Goats 6 run contest.
Not much notable happened for Jackson in game two besides a Brick Donnelly long fly for his second bomb of the year. The offence just could not keep up as the Catfish win handily and increase their winning streak to 11, which is their longest of the year.
The Rockabillys are back home tonight to take on the Thrillville Thrillbillies. It is DAR night so come early to the 7 pm game to grab your free T-Shirt celebrating 250 years of America. The first 500 adult fans will be given a shirt, so be there or be square.
