Jackson Bats Stayed Hot but Thrillville Walks Away Victorious 14-9
The Rockabillys had a blowup game in their final game of the two game homestand. Jackson struggled on the defensive side of things and never gained an oppurtunity to come back in yesterdays slug fest. Jackson never led in the game and Thrillville only posted 0 runs in 3 innings of the contest.
Despite the loss the offense had an excellent night as Logan Luckett, hit for a franchise first 5 hits on his 5/5 contest with 3 RBIs. Other positives include Kyle Neri entering the lineup for the first time and had a 3/5 contest. The Goats slashed for 15 hits, which led the game over the Thrillbillies.
The Rockabillys are back at it tonight at 5:35pm as they take on the Hoots in O Fallon (MO) for a double header as they look to bounce back and grab a couple wins on the road.
