Jackson was bested 5-3 by the Cape Catfish for their second loss of the season.
The Jackson Rockabillys' had their seven game win streak snapped last night as the Cape Catfish came out hot in the second meeting between these two squads.
The Catfish started early as they blasted a 2 run home run in the opening inning. The Rockabillys got on the board next as they put up three unanswered runs to take the lead thanks to RBIs by Blackman, Hatfield, and Mosley. The Catfish didn't allow this lead to stand for long as they put up three unanswered of their own in the bottom of the seventh which proved to be the last runs scored in last nights contest.
The Rockabillys looking to bounce back as they'll go fish in Cape this afternoon at 4:05 for the final game of the first road trip of the summer.
